How it works
The vault address is a SHA3-256 hash of its signers and threshold, so no single key controls it. Anyone deposits with a normal transfer. To withdraw, a signer proposes a recipient and amount, and the funds move the moment enough signers approve. The execution lands in the next block with every approval counted.
